Here is a beautiful, grey, Registered Connemara that stands 15h. He was previously used
for pony club, hunt seat showing with a youth rider and small jump courses.

hunters and jumpers. His siblings are currently showing on the A circuit, pony jumpers,
eventing and pony club across the country.
This gelding is extremely versatile and talented and has a wonderfully kind personality to top
it off! Shady rides hunt seat, pops over cross rails, goes western and trail rides. He is not
one bit spooky or nervous, and will lead or follow out on a ride and walk along on a loose
rein. He is steady and solid on the trails and will hack out alone or in a group. He is calm in
new situations and is not fussy no matter what is asked of him. He is soft in the bridle, bends,
flexes, and backs off the bit with very little pressure, has a nice easy one hand neck rein, he
leg yields, half passes, side passes, takes his leads, and has flying and simple changes.
Shady is very flat kneed and deep hocked, he has an adjustable trot (including a nice slow
jog) and a comfortable canter. He has been desensitized to a wide variety of things
including dogs, goats, chickens, children, heavy equipment and traffic. He has been ridden
across country, up the road, and down the trail. In an effort to produce a well rounded, stable
individual, he's been ridden by all levels of riders, from children on up to grandpa, this is a
horse the whole family could enjoy. You can't make him mad, just about anyone that wants
to be around a horse will get along with him. He has extensive pony club and trail miles.
Shady has no vices, ties anywhere you put him, cross ties and straight ties, loads and hauls
quiet, good with his feet, fly spray, grooming, tacking up, easy to bridle, extremely easy to
catch (usually he comes to you), good to bathe, and easy to blanket. He has impeccable
ground manners.
