Murphy

Murphy came back to us due to unfortunate circumstance, the owner didn't want to part with
him, but had no choice. We previously used him in our lesson program 3 years ago, he
packed around a LOT of kids and small adults for me. He was never a "plug" pony, but I liked
that about him because he gave my riders something to think about and they were concious of
what they were asking of him.
For the past three years he had a fantastic home where he was well loved, spoiled and cared
for....he was more pampered than worked! He will need a refresher and regular routine to get
back into riding mode. He's been a couch potato for quite a while now! He stands 13.3 hands
with a nice build. We have not been using him at all, so he will be sold as a "buddy horse" that
is broke to ride that will need a refresher course. Once he's in "using mode" he's a great little
fella. He is sound, healthy and has PLENTY of great years ahead of him. He is still capeable
of showing too, get him tuned up and back in shape and you will wind up with a good deal on
a nice pony!
He is respectful of the fence and good in the barn. He will go with his brushes, fly mask, stall
toy and winter blanket.
These pictures are from when I was using him three years ago.
Updated pictures of fluffy, pasture puff Murphy will be coming soon!
UPDATE 2/7/10: New pictures of the "pasture potato"! ....doesn't anyone want to
give him a job??? There are still plenty of show or riding miles left!
Congratulations
Andrea! He's going
to work out great for
you :)
