Justin Awesome Dude
JD stands 15.3h, bay, Registered AQHA, DNA tested, all papers and transfers are in
order.
Yes, he lives up to his name! SUCH a nice boy, a great all- arounder, my personal
preference with him is English/ HUS/ hack/ and trails, he is great at jumping x-rails, he
has sweeping movement, size and a quiet disposition. Will be started on courses
of fences @ 2' this spring (if we still have him). A FANTASTIC first horse/ youth/ 4-H or
novice mount. JD takes care of his rider, is pushbutton with cues and commands, has 3
lovely gaits that are nice to ride, always takes his leads, does a simple
change, will counter canter, and responds to leg aids, one thing I really like about him is
that he will never give you more than you ask for- he allows you to learn on him. JD is
always happy to go to work for you- he's all heart!! Will be competitive at the open/ 4-H
shows this summer, or would make a nice addition to a lesson program. SUPER nice trail
horse, no fuss whatsoever- just get on and enjoy the ride! Also rides western with a
simple neckrein. We have hauled him around to different farms to ride and hauled out for
some trail rides- he rides the SAME no matter where you take him- he's just a nice
honest horse that wants to be your buddy! He does not need to be ridden everyday to
maintain his great attitude......thats a BIG bonus!!!!He is suitable for all levels of
riders....someone is going to have a blast with him. No vices, clips, ties, loads,
blankets, good for vet and farrier, gets along with anyone you turn him out with.
~12/18/08~ ONLY FOR A LIMITED TIME: We will entertain reasonable offers on JD.
Leaving room for the buyer to heal up his leg and eye. He got beat up by another horse
just before I bought him. He's fine to ride and use- but needs some temporary TLC- and
trust me....he LOVES the fuss!!! He has a cut on his hind leg just below
the fetlock- now healing nicely, cleaned and ointment once a day- haven't been doing
anything fancy with it, there will be a scar there. His eye is coming along well- ointment 2x
day (ointment will go with him), his eye is just swelled and watery (must
have banged it?), he can open it and can see out of it. He also has a few surface bite
marks on his body- just skinned- will not scar. That other horse really got him good. :(
******These little things have not affected his performance, we've been using him right
along and he's been perfectly fine. We want to disclose all known issues/ ailments which
is why we mention this stuff!! He's worth the fixin' !!!!
Bloodlines consist of: Gold Bar Ace Poco, Skippo Kay, Dudes Pat Star, Gold Bars Ace,
