Flurry

Here is a nice big shapey mare that has plenty of color to spare. She stands 15.3 hands and
weighs 1200 pounds. She has a solid bone, a good tough foot, a nice tail and a super cute
mohawk mane. She might be 18 but she looks and rides like she's 10!
Flurry is an exceptional hunt seat horse, she covers a lot of ground and looks good doing so!
She is easy in the bridle, bends around her corners, gives to the bit, canters right off when
asked, knows her leads and works off your leg. She enjoys having a job, is a fun ride and has
plenty of style. She also rides western with a nice one hand neck rein. She will do games as
well. Keyhole, cloverleaf, pole bending, figure 8, etc. She knows her job and does what is
asked of her. We recommend novice or intermediate level riders and up only because she is
immediate to respond to the cues being asked of her.
Flurry cross ties, loads, behaves in the barn, respects the fence and has no vices. She is a
very easy keeper and is UTD on everything. She is easy to be around and enjoys attention.

12/9/09: UPDATE & HUGE PRICE DROP: Price from $1300 brought down to $600
Wish I knew what the deal was here! She IS an absolute peach for me, I've hauled her, rode
her numerous times here and other places in every possible situation you could think of. She
has been no trouble what so ever. Every time (and I mean EVERY time) someone comes to
look at her she acts like a totally different horse. Snorty, cold backed, crow hops, etc. ....and
this is no BS, when the people leave she is right back to her sweet self.....what the heck?
Lord knows she can't stay here...I have too many keepers already...hahaha...so if that is her
master plan....well, she's outta luck because it's not going to work! She is being sold as-is
and possibly cold backed / cinchy. Watch her video- she's a NICE horse....but there is a
malfunction in her that I can't tune-up or explain because she's fine when no one is looking at
her! Maybe she just needs a one-on-one owner? She is a former lesson horse so maybe she
is sick of groups/ strange people wanting to ride her? Who knows! Still a nice horse for the
money. She will not be ridden or provoked for potential buyers- she is selling as-is, watch her
video to see her go. Spend the time with her and you will wind up with a nice horse.
Congratulations Erick!
She's going to love
the halter and
showmanship life!
