Smokey is an absolutely stunning 14.1h, Welsh / Quarter Horse gelding. He is sure to get
you noticed no matter where you take him! He is correctly made with a gorgeous head and
plenty of expression.
Here is a lovely show hunter that will jump a course of fences with auto changes. Smokey
jumps true to size weather its a tiny cross rail with a kid or a 2'3" course, he is consistent,
brave, smooth and easy. He is well suited for equitation, he is very comfy and push button
broke. He will canter right off from a halt, has a trot that is to die for, is easy in the bridle,
will work off the leg, has flying and simple changes and is easy to stop. He is absolutely
incredible on the flat with beautiful movement and consistent gaits. He takes all cues like
she should and only gives what the rider asks of him. He also enjoys trail rides, he is traffic
safe, not spooky and will go wherever you ask of him. He will even one hand neck rein! He's
the kind you can throw the western tack on during the week and enjoy him, then take him to
the show on the weekends and clean house! He is best suited for advanced beginners and
up as he automatically takes his cues. He is quiet natured, fun to ride and has plenty of
personality! Here is a seasoned show horse that is ready to go!
**Smokey is blind in his left eye due to old injury. You would never notice it looking at him
but I want to make it known. He acts perfectly fine and has no fear issues with it...heck, he
acts better than a lot of two eyed horses I know! haha! He rides 100%, turns out in the herd
fine and pays attention to where his handler is. Watch his video...not bad for a one eyed
horse eh?!! Love him!
