Black Jack
Shown here at the jog with 9yr old Rachel
Black Jack is a  Percheron gelding in his early 20's, he stands 17.1 hands, he is jet black
with really pretty light colored eyes. This guy has one gear and it is SLOW!!!  Just a good ol'
boy that is ready to enjoy life as a trail horse.  He is quiet, gentle, uncomplicated and very
sweet.  He rides fine anywhere, is virtually bombproof, he is safe for any level rider, and
always does what is asked of him. He is kid safe and husband proof (hehe), even if you
don't know how to ride- you will be alright with him!!! He prefers to just plug along the trail,
he will do a little jogging but prefers to just walk along and enjoy the scenery! He is a nice
honest gelding that loves grooming, attention and treats. He rides fine in an open bridle,
tacks up quietly, has a snaffle mouth, is VERY easy to steer and stop, and he's comfy to
ride.  Jack has great feet, clean legs and is sound & healthy. Although he is aged he has
plenty of "leisurely" trail miles left, he enjoys going on little adventures with his human! Jack
has impeccable ground manners, ties, loads, picks up all 4 feet, respects the fence, is easy
to catch, and has no vices.  All the way around he's a really nice boy!
